bandits attacked in Kajuru of Southern Kaduna, assassinating seven locals.
Eyewitness and some local villagers said the bandits also inflicted damages on others, and they are now struggling with machete injuries In the clinic.
According to them “Their survival will be marvelous,” they said.
According to a source and eyewitness, the bandits came from the forest and slashed seven people to death, a woman and six men.
“The armed bandits came during the rain yesterday night to inflict the damages to our community.”
“They strike the victims continually with machetes. Two others, a woman and a man are now struggling injuries in hospitals, and their survival will be a godsend. They fled into the wood after they have finish the operation.”
“The security officers could not question them, as there was no night arrangement. We commend police personnel who provided us with cover to bury our relations on Friday,” they said.
