The Chief Executive Officer, Proclips Media, and President, Lady of Africa Empowerment and Advocacy Foundation, Princess Oluwabukola Fasuyi has urged Nigerians to pay attention to the kind of food they consume by eating healthy and nutritious meals.
While explaining the nutritional benefits of Canada Quick Oats meal, a fiber meal and new entrant into the Nigeria food market , she said eating healthy food promotes long life and good health.
