The joy in the family of the famous Olanrewaju Durosinmi Etti can not be quantified at the moment as one of his sons scored the first in the whole of Africa.
Olasubomi Olawale Etti made the enviable feat when he became the first African-Irish GardaÃ, being the name of the police force of the Republic of Ireland and a service headed by the Garda Commissioner who is appointed by the Irish Government.
He recently graduated from the Garda SÃochána College, the education and training college located at McCan Barracks, Templemore, County Tipperary in Ireland, hereby making an eligible and full police.
The Etti family has joined many of African descents making the black continent and by extension African communities in diaspora proud.
We are happy.
