After about a year of establishment, Oyo Amala, a popular local food restaurant in Omole Phase 1, Lagos, has opened a branch in Victoria Island, Lagos.
According to the founder, Henry Ademola Alade, popularly called OldSkool, who could not hide his excitement, announced that the new branch would be thrown opened tomorrow, August 27th.
“We are happy to announce that about a year after we opened what has become the go-to shop for quality, homemade amala in Omole Phase 1, Oyo Amala, will open a new branch tomorrow,” he declared.
“This is to cater for customers, who have been clamouring for our presence on the island.”
OldSkool also invited anyone around the area to come in and have original Oyo people’s amala experience, “In case you are on the Island any time tomorrow and after, please, stop by to experience our improved Oyo Amala.”
While thanking patrons for their supports over the years, he concluded, “We couldn’t have come this far without you.”
The new Oyo Amala is located at 18, Balarabe Musa Street, behind 1004, Victoria Island, Lagos.
