Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan says Senate President, Bukola Saraki would make a better leader than President Muhammadu Buhari.
Omokri in a series of tweets, said this in reaction to Saraki’s visit to Offa after robbery incident that left many people dead.
It had reported that Saraki on Saturday visited victims of the deadly robbery incident.
Saraki during the visit met with the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, who promised that Armoured Personnel Carriers will immediately be stationed in strategic parts of Offa and that additional police personnel will be deployed.
Reacting, the former presidential spokesman wrote “On this Offa bank robbery where 9 policemen died, @bukolasaraki has shown superior leadership than Buhari. He responded to the incident immediately, appropriately condoled the victim’s families and now has visited the town itself.
“In all, He‘s shown he can lead better than Buhari. Bukola Saraki condoled with Police and victim’s family immediately after Offa Bank Robbery, then physically visited Offa.
“COMPARE: Bukola Saraki condoled with victim’s family immediately after #OffaBankRobbery, then physically visited Offa but Buhari ignored Offa for 48 hours, until I tweeted. He jetted to Katsina after the incident. ‘Between the 2, who would make a better leader?’”
