Educational administrators have been urged to train the teachers, who will train other teachers, science of the mind and use the tool of accelerated learning to bring about a rapid turn around in our educational system.
Mr. Jesse Dakat, stated this in a valedictory service for 2017 set of students of Federal Science and Technical College (F.S.T.C), Kafanchan, Jema’a Local Government Headquarters, Kaduna state.
Dakat, a staff with Science department in the college and also a master of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, lamented over using traditional methods of teaching in our institutions, said that teachers of today should be masters of utilization who integrates fun and learning in such a way that learning objectives are internalized at a sublimal level and student interest and participation are engaged seamlessly.
He also urges the grandaunts to be self-employed, and turn away from government jobs. “Turn away your face away from government jobs and think instead of what you can achieve for yourself. Apply the knowledge you acquired in secondary school, it is not too small. If you apply yourselves to learning and specializing in some craft and skill in five years from now, you will be counted among the successful ones because, it does not required higher education to achieve. No nation becomes great by depending on her government. Recessions are nothing but a wakeup call. The great depression in America took away many jobs and changed the working culture of the country, since then; America emerged from depression to become an industrialized nation so it is time for us to grab our destiny with both hands.”
He therefore urges the students to be positive thinkers and never use religion, tribe or social status as a basis for division and discrimination.

What you have learnt here over the years is to prepare you for the greater challenges ahead of your growth and development in life. As promising future leaders, you need to be hardworking, diligent, disciplined and full of wisdom.”
