The online store Steam has banned a number of games which contain graphic nudity and x-rated sex scenes.
A total of seven titles were reportedly removed from Steam, Â a “digital distribution platform” developed by the Valve Corporation, makers of the hit game series Half Life.
One of the naughty games is called The Suffering of Larina, which reportedly featured heavy bondage and uncensored sex between men, women, hermaphrodites and “orc creatures”.
Another was called Valortha, which is described as an “adventure dark [sic] atmospheric game with some puzzles, full explicit nudity and sexual content”.
This is said to have contained a graphic lesbian sex scene.
Here’s what the website One Angry Gamer had to say about Valortha: “The game contains fully uncensored sexual intercourse between the two women, involving full penetration of various orifices.
“The sex also ties into the game’s plot for Valortha’s powers, so it’s intertwined rather deeply into the plot.”
The gaming site didn’t appear to be too keen on the The Suffering of Larina either.
“The game isn’t much of a game at all,” it wrote.
“It’s more a collection of images themed around watching hardcore, uncensored sex scenes between various people, hermaphrodites and orc creatures.”
One Angry Gamer claimed that a firm called RyuVsCL0UD, which made Valortha, also had two other games named Sayaka and Himiko banned, even though they weren’t explicitly sexual.
Steam also recently gave a game called House Party the boot.
This popular title let players get women drunk, have sex with them and fight their boyfriends.
It’s unclear whether the latest round of sexy games will be allowed back onto Steam if the offending content is uncensored.
Here is the full list of games which were banned:
