Does that make \u201cDavid Dennison\u201d Trump\u2019s porn name?<\/p>\n

Ok, just to be clear, that\u2019s Trump\u2019s lawyer\u00a0admitting that the \u201cDavid Dennison\u201d\u2014who didn\u2019t actually sign the Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) with adult film star and alleged Trump mistress Stormy Daniels\u2014is indeed the Pr*sident of the United States. That\u2019s a problem for Trump, explained here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Surely there\u2019s\u00a0more to be said about this in the days to come. It\u2019s\u00a0an attempt to move the case from California State court to federal court, which would be more friendly to confidential\u00a0arbitration proceedings (i.e. away from the public, thereby silencing Daniels).<\/p>\n

Federal courts tend to more strictly enforce arbitration agreements, which could lead to Daniels being forced into a closed-door legal forum where an arbitrator has already issued an injunction against her. California courts tend to to be less friendly to arbitration.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In a separate filing Friday, Trump\u2019s lawyers\u00a0charged that\u00a0Daniels has violated that NDA to the tune of $20 million\u00a0in damages.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
