Speaking during a press briefing in Alausa on Monday, the Director General, Office of Education Quality Assurance, Mrs Abiola Seriki-Ayeni, said the resumption is in compliance with the 2023\/2024 Harmonised Academic School Calendar as approved by the Lagos State Ministry of Basic Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seriki-Ayeni urged all schools and school owners to ensure strict compliance with the resumption date \u201cfor the delivery of quality and sustainable education in Lagos State.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added that parents and managements of schools across the state as well as the general public can access the harmonised school calendar via the agency\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also urged proprietors and school administrators to ensure strict compliance with the Lagos State Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy as schools prepare for resumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DG stressed that \u201cthere must be full compliance with all safety protocols on school premises for a safe learning environment, as the state government remains committed to the delivery of quality education.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
