In a recent interview with BBC Hausa, Nuhu highlighted the current state of Nigerian films, expressing his concern that only 30-35% meet the desired quality standard, while the target should be at least 70 to 75%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing the issue, Nuhu stated, \u201cIf you look at the films we produce in Nigeria\u2019s film industry, you would see that only 30-35% meet desired quality as against 70-75%. So I will focus on this by making sure we are more educated and the provisions of quality equipment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actor-director emphasized the need for a shift towards quality over quantity in the Nigerian film industry.
