Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended the loyalty of the vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, jokingly calling him his ‘co-conspirator’.
“Yemi Osinbajo is my co-conspirator,” he said.
Tinubu said this on Thursday, March 29, during his speech at the 10th Bola Tinubu Colloquium with the theme, “Investing in People”, organised in celebration of the APC chieftain’s 66th birthday.
The former governor of Lagos state also used the occasion to react to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s apology to Nigerians.
He urged Nigerians not to accept the PDP’s apology saying the opposition party lied to the whole nation for 16 years.
Meanwhile, it was previously reported that President Muhammadu Buhari, governors of Oyo, Abiola Ajimobi; Kano, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje; Sokoto, Aminu Tambuwal and the former secretary to the state, Babachir Lawal, among other prominent personalities were present at the 10th Bola Tinubu Colloquium.
Other dignitaries already in attendance include the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Oba of Lagos, Riliwanu Akiolu, Alake of Egbaland, Aremu Gbadebo, the former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) Nuhu Ribadu, past governors, senators, ministers and some members of House of Assembly.
